David N. Brown is a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Music where he majored in organ performance and Eurhythmics. He did graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University in Music History and Early Music Performance Practice. He did additional studies at the Institut Jaques Dalcroze in Geneva, Switzerland and the New York Dalcroze School. Presently he is chairman of the Eurhythmics Department at The Cleveland Institute of Music. Each week he teaches approximately 300 students in his Eurhythmics classes. The age range of the various classes is from pre school through Conservatory Students (Undergraduate and graduate). Annually he teaches workshops across the country. During the recent years: Snowmass, Colorado; Rockport, Maine; Iowa City, Iowa, Houston and Austin, Texas, Washington DC, Williamsburg, Virginia and the Suzuki Institute in Atlanta, Georgia.
