Jekyll 2007

What exciting news we have for Jekyll ’07! Tickets for both the student and faculty concerts last summer were in such demand that we’ve been asked to add another concert to this year’s program. The students will rehearse, coach with faculty, and perform in four of Jekyll Island Historic District’s stately homes. These houses were once the summer palaces of America’s captains of industry, and the Jekyll Island Museum has happily opened their historic doors for Franklin Pond. The added concert also means another day on the island, giving everyone the chance to explore some of Georgia’s most beautiful coastline: beach time and bike rides are a must. With so much in store, we can hardly wait for summer to arrive!
